Fauna Cove grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable, and non‑transferable right to access and use our platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This right does not include any commercial exploitation of the site or its content beyond the purchase of products for your own use.

Fauna Cove reserves the right to:

You agree that:

• No portion of our brand experience may be reproduced, mirrored, downloaded, or utilized for commercial purposes without explicit, written authorisation from our legal studio.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content.
• Fauna Cove and its associated marks are not your property, and you may not use them in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior consent.

These restrictions apply whether the content is viewed in digital form, print, or any other medium.

While we strive for absolute perfection in every detail, Fauna Cove provides its services and products on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Service continuity: We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or available at all times.
• Product conformity: Natural materials and handmade processes may exhibit slight artisanal variations from digital representations.
• Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our products or services beyond their intended lifestyle and pet‑care functions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fauna Cove, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
